Mysten Labs Launches Sui Seal MPC for AI Agent Transactions on Sui Mainnet

Mysten Labs has deployed Sui Seal MPC on the Sui mainnet, introducing a breakthrough infrastructure for autonomous AI agents. The system enables on-chain transactions without requiring agents to hold private keys directly, addressing a critical security vulnerability in agentic crypto applications.

Using multi-party computation (MPC), the solution distributes key shares across independent nodes while enforcing transaction policies through Move smart contracts. Spending caps, approved counterparties, and even hidden bids for AI-driven trading can be programmatically enforced. This architecture eliminates single points of failure while maintaining operational flexibility.
